This hotel is located only 10 minutes to Luke Air Force Base, Banner Health, Ford and Toyota Proving Grounds. Residence Inn’s are known for their extended stay amenities that also are attractive to families. These items include a daily complimentary, hot breakfast; free Wi-Fi, full kitchens with cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes; the hotel brand’s “mixer” that happens on certain weekday evenings; and much more. Room choices include studio and one-bedroom suites. Rooms are spacious, clean and fresh with flat-screen TVs. There is plenty of parking and ample indoor and outdoor space for families to enjoy.

Great Staff & Location

This is a very nice hotel with an exceptionally friendly staff. The hotel is very modern and clean. The room was comfortable and spotless and the cleaning staff goes above and beyond expectations every day. They have a complimentary breakfast every morning that has a more than adequate selection and the food is quite good. In addition, there is a pool, adequate gym and an outdoor grill (which is quite clean) for grilling up some dinner .. which we did along with a nice sitting area both inside and outside. The hotel is well located across from the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex, the Surpise Baseball Stadium and a very nice park. Also, it is close to many restaurants and supermarkets.

The staff and service is extremely friendly. The hotel is immaculate and up to date. They serve a very good breakfast and the Wednesday night social is awesome. Great location Best place to stay in Surprise, AZ
