I called hotel directly to book my room. Without my knowledge they redirected my reservation to reservations.com, who in turn made my non-refundable reservation through Expedia. At the end of my stay I required a receipt. They could not provide the receipt I needed because the told me "I booked through Expedia". That was the first I hear that!
I've been telling them that I booked directly with them and they insist I did not!
It's been maddening and problematic since I need to hand in a receipt they can't give me!
I've found other customer with the same complaint on Tripadvisor!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Having a suite with a separate bedroom/living room and full kitchen made my trip so much more pleasant. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and breakfast had plenty of choices. I would definitely stay here again.
