We celebrated our wedding anniversary here. They kindly prepared a treat for us at the room. The room is very huge with two TVs. The bathroom comes with a steam bath. The view of the harbour is spectacular.

We booked a Deluxe Suite no less, and the photos shown for room is nothing like the actual room! Even facilities listed such as toilet TV, fresh cut flowers to name a few are no where seen. Stained carpets is the worst we have seen, dark stains everywhere from entrance to rooms. Shower is poorly installed and doesn't drain! Cabinetries are well aged and of poor quality. (e.g. exposed edges on side table cabinet with plenty of scratches everywhere. Very heavy and tricky sliding windows, we open it but couldn't get it to close (we weren't a fan of the annual haze). Last straw "custom" robes has dirty stains inside.
If you are expecting a treat, this is Not it. Gave 2 stars because of friendly staff, although training is not consistent, as given wrong direction to carpark (if you are lugging huge bags with kids, when you are at wrong floor, good luck the escalator is not working, going back up at level B2). Could have been so much more....
