Housed in the Callaway Gardens Country Store, the Country Kitchen serves up breakfast, lunch and dinner in a relaxed, casual environment. Menu items feature Southern favorites like fried chicken, a fried green tomato sandwich and meat loaf. On your way out, you can even pick up some of the restaurant’s famous muscadine preserves. Admission to Callaway Gardens is not required. The Country Kitchen is open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. for breakfast, and from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. for lunch and dinner.
