Garlic John’s is the closet you’ll get to an authentic Italian restaurant in the Green Mountains, and it’s conveniently located on Route 11 on your way into Manchester, about a 15-minute ride from Stratton Mountain. The food is tasty, fresh and plentiful, and we all devoured the warm bread. Although most kids will welcome the pasta with marina sauce, there’s also pizza, burgers and French fries on the menu.
