The Gumbo Shop is a staple for any trip to The Big Easy. Located in the French Quarter, it specializes in local cuisine such as jambalaya, red beans and rice, Crawfish Etouffee, Po’Boys, and of course, gumbo. Try the warm, gooey bread pudding (another local favorite) for dessert.
The Gumbo Shop is open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with both indoor and outdoor (courtyard) seating available. Reservations are strongly recommended.
