This old-fashioned drive-up restaurant takes visitors back to fast food dining from years ago. Yes, you have to walk to up the window and order. Yes, you have to eat in your car, at one of the two or three picnic tables outside, or take it with you. That being said, the food is good, and there are many kid-friendly options, plus a kids’ menu.

Burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs and salads occupy the main menu, while the kids’ menu contains grilled cheese, corn dog bites and chicken nuggets, all served with French fries or tater tots and a small drink. King Kone also offers a selection of ice cream treats like shakes, malts, soft serve ice cream cones and floats. Note: No drink refills are offered, and only cash is accepted for payment.
