At the Mad Chef Cafe, you’ll enjoy tasty food with unique twists. Loaded burgers (beef, duck, lamb, chicken, seafood, veggie, or elk!), interesting pizzas (duck meatballs, anyone? Or “shrooms of doom”?), beef coconut curry soup, “puffrogies,” and other constantly changing fun, creative dishes will make up your family’s smorgasbord. Portions are large but do your best to save room for dessert–you’ll be presented with more fun options like the green tea cheesecake tower, “chocolate f-bomb,” or gelato sampler plate.
