Wine gardens are popular in Austria; they are outdoor settings under plenty of trees for long meals over Austrian wines (think Rieslings). They can also be family friendly, as most are just outfitted with picnic tables serving traditional Austrian dishes such as Weiner schnitzel as kids play and parents talk.
