The Palapa Grill

Open-air poolside (pool open to guests only), thatch-roofed Palapa serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers lots of good choices on the kids’ menus, such as dollar pancakes or fresh fruit for breakfast, and fresh salad in addition to standards such as grilled cheese and chicken tenders for lunch and dinner.

On the regular menus, guava cheesecake French toast, lobster salad, and island spice grouper infuse local flavors. Dinner reservations are required. Watch for dinner party theme nights such as Bahamian Night or BBQ & Junkanoo Bonfire Night.
