Dressed in outfits inspired by the Bomba, a dance that harkens back to Puerto Rico’s African heritage, the staff serve traditional Puerto Rican-Caribbean items, such as fried green plantains, rice and beans, creole Mahi Mahi and garlic chicken. From the children’s menu, kids can choose pork chops, fried chicken chunks or small skirt steak, all served with rice and plantains.
