Located on Daytona Beach, The Royal Beach Holiday Motel offers efficiencies and standard rooms. Efficiencies are ideal for families as they include two double beds and fully equipped kitchens. Laundry facilities and an outdoor swimming pool are available to guests. The motel’s owners reside onsite and are always happy to help visitors.

Gone via wrecking ball

This was a family owned motel in Daytona Beach Shores Florida. Sadly the place was recently demolished to make way for yet another over priced condo. If you liked this establishment I have a suggestion. A block away you'll find the Sand Castle Motel. It is another family owned enterprise. Just last week they provided a complimentary Thanksgiving meal for their guests. Highly recommended!

Sad to say

We visited in May of this year for our fourth stay at this hotel and it was wonderful as always, but I told my husband during that week that I had a premonition it was our last trip there. I took that week as kind of a goodbye. We received a letter today from the owners informing us that due to health problems they had sold the hotel and were retiring after 27 years. We are very sad to see a family owned hotel right on the ocean, with an old Florida atmosphere like I grew up with, have to end. We thank Pierre and Marilyn for the great hospitality and beautiful memories.
