This hotel was great. The restaurant was good, the rooms were good, the location was great. However, the service was very in accommodating. The staff seemed to have a bad attitude. If you needed something they made you feel as if you were interrupting their day. My stepdaughter left some very expensive earrings in here room. She didn’t realize until we had left. She called and asked them if they had found them. They told her they did. When we went to pick them up, they weren’t the right earrings. So they told us several stories on why they weren’t. My wife spoke to the GM, after a very heated discussion (as well as several lies that she caught him in), my wife gave up. Oh well. I did not recommend this hotel.

Our first time staying outside of the park. Loved it! Staff is excellent, room was great (we were upgraded - woohoo!). Lodge is rustic, quiet, charming but has all of the amenities and more of a real lodge. Will go back again!
