Extremely satisfied with this place, very helpful staffs, clean suites, excellent location to the beach (just walk opposite to Double 6 beach). Supposed to rate full stars, however the only let down was the breakfast choice in The Coffee Club.
Choices of breakfast were so limited , (mainly picked the cheapest dish from the main menu), as well as to limit guests the amount of food ordered. (one drink and one dish only, additional charges apply for extra ordering). i was charged for a piece of additional croissant. This is so called breakfast was included when guests have to pay for it.

Extremely pleased with this hotel, location is excellent right on Double 6 beach and with very easy access to restaurants and the hustle of Bali. Once inside the hotel it is extremely quiet, very good pool that doesn’t get cold or shaded, room were amazing. We had a 1 bedroom apartment that was huge, very comfortable bed and bathroom was gorgeous.
Highlights for us were the staff, who were polite but not in your face, cleanliness and the brilliant spa...massages were excellent.
Breakfast was freshly cooked at the Coffee Club situated out the front and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Self serve laundry facilities was also welcomed
Highly recommend this hotel and hope to return
