Service was just ok but warning for their security. Very bad service.
Checking in at the hotel will require 100,000 rupiah cash only deposit for each room and will ask you to sign on the deposit slip. Just in case you lost the slip, you can’t get the deposit anymore.
Warning for those have early morning departing flight from Bali. The reception of the hotel is not 24hrs. They open 7am and you can’t get the deposit until they come. I had an argument with their security since they kept on insisting they will deposit the money to my account. I explained to them i don’t have indonesian account so how can you deposit it to me.
Also, we had an incident regarding the toilet bowl. The toilet paper accidentally dropped in the bowl but we did not flush it yet. We were in hurry and hoping they can help us remove it. The security instead accuse us of doing it deliberately and will charge us 100k rupiah for it.
Stay away from this hotel an definitely not recommending it.
I stayed for 2 nights at Seminyak Lagoon All Suites . I tried for checked in at 1pm, when I enter the lobby area, a reception (a girl, I forgot her name) was totally unfriendly (inhospitable), she was not even greet me! Then, I approached to her and said that I would like for Check In and she was strictly told me that the check in time is at 2pm and she would do the registration at 2pm. Furthermore, the welcome drink was served at 2pm!! LOL!! Well, I am working in hospitality industries too, so I know the standard how we treat guests. I waited at lobby until 2pm, then I asked her whether my room is ready or not yet, she just answer “one moment / Sebentar”. This is very unacceptable. My partner/friend came and he judged her too (the reception is not good, she is unfriendly). Well, at 2:15pm, she gave me the keys and a trainee escorted me to my room and again, Housekeeping still inside my room!! They hadn’t finished of cleaning the room. I was very frustrated on my arrival. Is this because I am a local/Indonesian? I bet she will treat better for foreigner guest!. Then, In the evening, I met Dilla, she is very friendly and apologizing for everything I faced on my stay. Dilla is your asset in reception. 5 stars for her!. I hope the management or General Manager read this and learn on my feedback.
