Shocking Service - dont book online or through their website

we were travelling with a group - Mr Suwi in reservations was happy to cancel 3 out of the 4 rooms, but noty happy to cancel the other and lied to Expedia about the cancellation.
Don't trust the staff, don't trust the reservation team and don't trust the hotel.

Value for money

stayed here with my family for a week. Friendly staff , good amenities. not bad for a 3.5 star rating, kids enjoyed it
bit of a walk to the markets though , but taxis are very cheap
my advice catch a ride on motorbike because of the traffic.
1hr to go 4 kms is toooo long
