Located on two acres of farm land a few minutes from downtown Hood River, the Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast is a gorgeous farmhouse from the 1920’s near the famed Columbia River Gorge. Seven Oaks offers casually elegant bedrooms with real hardwood floors and fine early American furnishings, plus a separate cottage with a small kitchen, all with gorgeous views of Mount Hood. This B&B is ideal for small families with older children, as you’ll need more than one room to accommodate all in this special place. While there’s no pool, no gym, and no free lobby breakfast — the Seven Oaks does serve breakfast with eggs from their chickens and local, organic ingredients — this luxurious retreat should not be dismissed during your trip to the Columbia River Gorge.

We recently attended a wedding in the Hood River area and needed 5 bedrooms for the entire family. What luck that a friend recommended Seven Oaks Bed and Breakfast! This charming & immaculate home is tucked away on a private 3 acres. We did not spend much time in the house due to the wedding, but Linda & Joe instantly made us welcome and allowed us to come a bit early to change into our dress clothes. The next morning there was coffee at the ready and an amazing breakfast that was beautifully presented. We loved our too short of time here and can see coming back for a more leisurely stay to enjoy this wonderful community and delightful Inn. Thank you for your hospitality!
So many folks have written all of this before so consider this an update. Linda and Joe are still phenomenal hosts. They are fascinating people with whom we loved spending the mornings. They are just so wonderful. While you talk about everything you are treated to amazing breakfast delights that will keep you full all day! The house is gorgeous. The porch is perfect. The bed was as comfortable as could be. I awakened to the sight of Mt. Hood highlighted in brilliant early morning sunshine right through the window! Don’t fret the industrial stuff as you get close. The driveway is a magical path transporting you to a wonderful place. We were sad to leave.
