Dubai also has plenty to offer families traveling to the United Arab Emirates, and the Shangri-La Hotel is located in an epicenter of entertainment. Spacious guestrooms can accommodate five guests and offer stunning views of the city and sea. Each room comes complete with flat screen televisions, private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The onsite restaurant serves a variety of local and internationally inspired meals. Kids will love visiting Bollywood, LEGOLAND, and Motiongate. There are also several water parks in the city. Parents will appreciate the professional childcare services and extra cribs.

Novotel suite small of the Emirates hotel is fantastics with good staff and good services thanks to Nestle and Gloria Ann especially Rana mulla and Asad who assisted for our luggage and booking we will be back again

Lives up to the Shangri La brand

We had a superb stay at the Shangri La Dubai. It's a gorgeous hotel but that's a given considering it's the Shangri La. The staff members are just amazing, everyone is so friendly and warm. Just like the other Shangri La hotels we've stayed in, it's the staff members who make the hotel stand out from the many other 5* hotels you find in Dubai.

Special mention for Mr Assem Moustafa Amin and the chef heading the Horizon club lounge. If the staff members of the Shangri La Dubai are rated 5*, then these gentlemen should be rated 7*.
Can't say it enough, the warmth and friendliness of the people working here make your stay at this hotel perfect.
