United Supreme Council Convention

The hotel staff was friendly, professional and well dressed. They went beyond expectations I had for service. Especially the bell man named Eric. When serving the banquet they made sure we had meals that fit our preferences. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Water contaminated

Found out there’s no water in the shower around 1:15pm, called front desk, they said maintenance issues, will have water in the next hour, not offered any other alternative ways for me to take shower. (Westin is next door) Took the following pictures at 5:00pm, so disgusting. Ended up didn’t take any shower.
