We stayed sept 22-26, in the unit W1203 and 1501. We were a party of 5 couples. This was our second year staying, and I dont know if we’ll stay there again. While it’s a nice property, the management totally sucks. Our first big disappointment was after I booked (wanted a 5 br penthouse to start with) I realized the description of the unit did not did not match the pics online. So I called and tried to cancel and rebook 2 separate units instead. They did finally accommodate me (after a bitter exchange with agent) Then a few weeks later they contacted me to tell me one of the units I’d picked wouldn’t be ready by travel dates. So we had to book a 3rd one. Which we were really disappointed with bc we wanted on the same floor. The units were clean enough, and everything met our expectation based on price. The day we checked out, I remembered leaving my Apple Watch on a charger in the master bedroom. I called immediately, which was before the check in time for the next guests, to tell them to go collect the watch. They said housekeeping would turn it in. Well that never happened. I called every day for a week, and no watch. Very disappointed they didn’t send someone to the unit immediately when I called to collect the watch and keep it at the desk. That has left a bitter taste, along with all the other management issues. I doubt we’ll stay at silver beach towers, or any property managed by compass resorts

Stayed for our 2nd time at Silver Beach Towers and the location, condo and beach views are awesome! Walk to the beach is super easy and the pools, hot tubs and beach service are super nice! We can’t wait to return!
