The best Hotel in terms of customers services , especially the concierge service.
Miss Syria Abigail T, was very helpful in providing Good information on all my queries.
The staff in breakfast area were also very helpful.

It was a great experience to dine in at Spiral Manila during our 7th monthsary celebration. The service attendant name Pia has an excellent customer service, very friendly and she always put a smile with us. I would also like to say thank you to Mr. Francois, Mr. Eric, Ramon and Rose for giving their time and effort to even greeted us in our monthsary celebration. Again thank you and keep up the good work as a team.
