Amazing stay staff very friendly and helpful injoy a good laugh very professional, rooms very clean great turn down services in evenings great room service couldn't fault will be back best position in the middle of town

A little luxury in Queenstown!

As expected with the Sofitel, this stay was exceptional. Room was superb and staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Located right in the heart of the town centre. Quiet, comfortable and very well appointed. Ate in the hotel restaurant. Food was of high quality and reasonably priced as we are Accor Club members. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again next visit!
