Located in the Arrowood Business District, this all-suite hotel is situated near several major corporations as well as family-friendly attractions like Carowinds Theme Park and the NASCAR Hall of Fame. After a day of exploring downtown Charlotte (also not far from the hotel), families can enjoy some time in the seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The kids can play and splash while the parents rest and relax. The Yard is also a nice family hang out. There families will find a BBQ grill, picnic tables and a sports court with complimentary use of sporting equipment. The spacious suites feature studios, one and two bedrooms, all with a fully equipped kitchen which has a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop and dishwasher. A sleeper sofa can also be found as well as a two bathrooms in the two-bedroom suites. Complimentary Wi-Fi access allows everyone to stay connected. Pets are welcome to stay here too, for a fee. Enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast each morning too.

nice place to stay: very close to carowinds

visiting the Charlotte area with my son, had a great time and the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms had the ability to cook meals and the beds for very relaxing. The location was idea for the area that I was visiting. I highly recommend.

It’s a dump

Very surprised about all of the positive reviews. We had a two bedroom. The couch cushions looked like they were 50 years old. Cracked plastic and nasty. I complained and they replaced with equally nasty cushions minus the cracked plastic. The vents in both both rooms were very dirty. The whole room looked run down and in need of repairs. The linens, sheets and towels, are dingy. The AC/heat does not work right. Tried to get temp set right and it just blowed either hot or freezing cold air all night. Hot breakfast is a joke. Only way it is hot is because there is a microwave there. Way too much money for the quality. Only positive I can say is the room is spacious. If they cleaned it up it would be nice.
