I arrived at 11am unsure if I would be able to check in. However, they were accommodating and allowed me to check in. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the separate living area where my boyfriend and I were able to eat our food on the couch next to the bar area with the fridge, microwave and bar sink. The bed was comfortable and I like the recessed lighting above the bed. Nice touch. The only thing I would have preferred is that the sink and the bathroom were not separated. I enjoyed that the tv had Nextflix, HBO GO, Pandora, etc. One of the reasons why I booked this hotel is because of the free airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast. I would definitely stay here again as the rate was PERFECT and I didn’t have any complaints.

First time in Louisana and it was awesome. Checked into the hotel and expected almost crappy service due to recent reviews but it was great and will be coming back ASAP. There was excellent guest service from the front desk, Amber and Ashley in particular. They gave me multiple room keys and all the essentials I needed for my stay. Thanks for the high class service.
