Found the hotel to be very clean, nice large room and comfortable bed. Nice stopped there. I had major problems with the service.

I called before I booked and asked if the airport shuttle ran at 4:30am. They explained no, but when I checked in to let the front desk know and they would arrange for a cab and even pay. Well the great service stopped there.

When I checked in the front desk staff told me they would arrange for a 4:30 am cab and even went as far as to tell me to come down 10 minutes early. At the same time I arranged for a wake up call.

I never received the wake up call (good thing I set the alarm on my phone!) I called the front desk because I was now worried they never called a cab. The front desk apologized and said a cab had never been arranged! The cab company was called and promptly arrived.

I was very disappointed.

Guest bed had lots of hair, not just one. Unclean. Sheets not clean. Shampoo bottles were used and only 1/2 full. Can’t come back to this one, you should either...
Bathroom dated. Rooms very big and spacious. This would be a nice room for a family but can’t get past the filth.
