Springhill is a favorite over ours. Easy reservations, great pregame communication regarding room needs. Super friendly helpful staff. Room is spacious and well set up. Pool area is clean and monitored by staff. Breakfast is very suitable for kids and adults.

I stayed here for one night with my wife and son before moving him into the University of Tennessee. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in. There are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel sits right on the interstate but I honestly didn’t hear any road noise. The breakfast was good and well stocked even with only 30 minutes remaining. The only real negative I saw was the condition of the pullout sofa. When I pulled it out the mattress pad had two large stains that appeared to be blood. Fortunately things like that don’t bother me. I just threw the sheet over it and went to sleep. The next morning I also noticed that the carpet had numerous stains on it. I was curious and checked other reviews and found this appears to be a recurring complaint. While it really didn’t bother me, if you require a spotless room, this probably isn’t the hotel for you.
