Our SpringHill Lake Charles story begins with your choice: a king or two queen suites both with a pullout sofa. Once that decision is made, leave the rest to Marriott. Each suite comes with a mini-fridge, a mini-microwave, a 37-inch flat-screen, free Wi-Fi, and an elegant bathroom. In the morning, enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast, and maybe let the kids grab a dip in the indoor pool. Washer/dryers and a fitness room are also on-hand. It’s located about a mile from the two large casinos, 3 miles to the two beaches, and 4 miles to the Children’s Museum.

TV in room wasn’t working and no engineer on duty. Gym has 2 Elliptical machines that were labeled “out of order “. TV in eating area not working. TV on threadmill machine not working. Everything old. No food served on property

Awesome Customer Service

Our family was in town thinking our daughter was in labor. She was sent home to walk so we decided to get a room so we were closer to the hospital. We were allowed to check in at 9 am so that we could get rest after being up all night. The front desk kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I have had great customer service at this hotel Everytime we have stayed here, but this time they went above and beyond. Very caring staff and very comfortable rooms. Our family will continue to stay here and I highly recommend the Springhill Suites by Marriott in Lake Charles.
