This Marriott is located near Syracuse University and just outside of downtown Syracuse. Accommodations are spacious and have separate areas for living, sleeping and working. Guestrooms at this Marriott offer iPod docking stations, microwaves and miniature refrigerators. Suites also include a sink and pantry area. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided, as well. Families can start the day off right with a free continental breakfast buffet offered daily. Kids will want to visit the indoor pool at the hotel. Nearby, families can visit the New York State Fairgrounds or the Carousel Center.

Dirty room , never fixed

There were 2 stains on the shower curtain, 3 on the bed spread and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty so I am assuming they were used by another guest. There was a melted circle on the TV stand where a guest must have burned something. That piece of furniture should be replaced. There was a faint smell of vomit at the sink basin next to the wall. We told the front desk the first morning at breakfast. They man assured us he would have everything remedied. We returned in the evening....nothing. Totally gross.

My stay at springhill suites started off rocky, but RAVEN the front desk clerk was phenomenal,along with her co worker MYKEL-LYN was also great,the made everything great. I cant say enough good things abour this hotel! Highly recommended
