With eight 19th-century cottages and homes — one more beautifully, originally decorated than the next — this property is one of Eleuthera’s finest and most exclusive. The accommodations range from one bedroom to four and most have full luxury kitchens and living areas.

The accommodations spread over two adjacent hilltop properties with far-off views of the sea and lush landscaping. Both properties have their own infinity pool. The interiors juxtapose antique and modern appointments in the most stunning way.

It’s a two-minute walk to town and about 10 minutes to the nearest beach.

Squires Estates Eleuthera

Beautifully located and restored houses...Squires Estates is the perfect place to put up your feet or ‘work from home’.Lovely and helpful hosts make it all easy to check in and out. In the heart of Governors Harbour it’s walkable to sea and restaurants and amenities. We absolutely loved it and were sad to leave. We will be back. Thank you Joy, Patrick and Dominic!

Wonderful houses and lovely people

I am booking our 5th trip to Eleuthera and there is no question that we will stay at one of the Squire Estate properties. The homes are pretty, creatively decorated, and clean. The staff is so very kind and responds immediately to any needs. I have stayed in several of the properties and each is original with its own style, you can't go wrong here.
