My daughter and I stayed here during a driving trip. We were a bit unnerved by the scaffolding and dumpsters temporarily outside but I insisted we walk in to see what it is really like, and I am very glad we did. We stepped in to a bery pretty lobby and were warmly freeted by Elliot. He explained the exterior remodel. My daughter told him we just left 4-H camp, where food was bad; and he said he knows 14 year old girls get hungry. He gave her a bag with fresh fruit and a muffin. We were very pleased because restaurants were mostly closed by then. We came up to a very nice, clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, soft sheets, and nice towels. I realized I had forgotten a toothbrush, and Elliot brought up two. In the morning i went down to a really nice breakfast complete with fresh pineapple and a free local newspaper. I was stacking things on plates to bring up to my daughter, and the breakfast attendant (a tall, pretty lady whose name I didn't catch) handed me a tray. These staff are exemplary. We definitely want to stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a quick weekend visit to Chattanooga and really enjoyed it. Our suite was clean and the bed was comfortable. I loved using the well stocked kitchen. The pool is small but a refreshing treat to come back to after a busy day. I didn’t partake in the breakfast but my boyfriend thought it was just okay. The coffee on hand was very good. The staff at the hotel was excellent. Kim went above and beyond! I will stay here again!
