Absolutely amazing! Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of pools to choose from. Very kid friendly. Clean and tidy. Apartments were lovely and clean. Waterpark on site amazing! Food each night was delicious

4th time visiting Stella Palace and once again we are going home having had an absolutely amazing time. The hotel, rooms, food was faultless as always. The addition of the Asian restaurant was our favourite meal of the week and changing the veranda to Italian was also a brilliant touch. The greatest asset of Stella is still the staff, their warmth, friendship and energy makes the experience at Stella second to none as a holiday destination. Massive thanks go to Adel, Nicki, Daisy, Remi, Emmet, Lily, Zulu and all of the entertainment team. The shows were world class, and absolute joy, their hard work is so evident. For an all inclusive hotel they really do raise the bar for standards and cater for families, friendship groups and couples alike. In the bar we once again had a fantastic time thanks to Michalis, Giannis and Nikos over at Stella Village. They treat us like returning family and we thoroughly enjoy their company and all the laughs. Maria did a brilliant job in her new role and Vasilis in the Asian restaurant once again ensures the sevice and food are top class.
We honestly cannot praise the hotel enough, it is a modern, luxurious hotel with good old fashioned values of greek hospitality and nothing is ever too much to ask. Roll on Crete 2020! Thankyou again.
