Families will love spending their vacation at an official Tokyo Disney hotel, especially since the Sunroute Plaza provides a complimentary shuttle to the parks daily. The hotel boasts spacious guestrooms that accommodate four adults, and there is space for two extra beds or cribs. Each room comes complete with air-conditioning, flat screen televisions, electric kettles, refrigerator, sitting area and complimentary slippers. Rooms with a Disney inspired theme can be requested. Three onsite restaurants provide a variety of traditional Japanese and international meals. Kids will enjoy the Disney shops and game room, while parents will most likely prefer the massage room.

The room is confortable and the staff memberds are kind and helpful.
We booked a "pleasure room" and room wifi was not available, which was adrawback.
Very conveniently located to Tokyo Disney Resort. However, parkinf fee was a little bit expensive, namely 2700 yen/ stay.

I can’t say that this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but it was one of the worst value wise. The price is not cheap, it’s not as expensive as the other Tokyo Disney hotels, but it’s not as nice as them either. I’ve stayed at Disney value hotels before in other countries, and they create the value by making things simpler, not in cutting corners.
The difference is most obvious in the rooms. At most value hotels the rooms are simple but neat. These rooms were dated in the looks and needed paint and new carpets desperately. The halls were pretty much the same. The place is also way understaffed. One morning we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated at a table, we were second in line and there were several tables with dirty dishes sitting on them. In this entire restaurant, at the peak breakfast time they had 3 staff to clean tables, refill the buffet and seat people. When you’ve paid a lot to be in the parks and for your hotel you don’t want to be waiting long for breakfast.
The staff was the best part of this hotel, always friendly and helpful (although many did not speak English so you may need some pantomime skills). The final sad part of our visit to this hotel was the bag delivery fee. After spending a high price for a second rate hotel, they not only had the nerve to charge an additional hotel fee on top of the delivery fee for our bags, but the delivery service didn’t take credit cards (and shipping bags is not cheap). Our trip to Disney was fine, but frankly we felt like this hotel was ripping us off.
