Sunset Marina Resort & Yacht Club, formerly the Sunset Lagoon Resort Hotel & Marina, is an all-inclusive resort in Cancun that features comfortable rooms facing the lagoon or the resort gardens. Families will enjoy the convenient kitchenettes that come in each room. Four restaurants serve a variety of cuisines, including Mexican and Italian.

The resort’s swimming pool has a waterslide that kids will love. Kids also have their own activity club and sports and entertainment is planned daily. Sunset lends guests complimentary bicycles to explore the area. If your family likes to boat, you will enjoy the private yacht club and exclusive marina. The marina also offers water sports equipment and instruction. Families can also use the facilities at the sister resort — Sunset Royal — and the resort offers free shuttle transportation. All-inclusive rates cover everything from meals to daily bicycle tours.

Great Staff

Had a great experience! The staff made it a great vacation. Notable were Francisco Sinto-a fantastic waiter, Diego-a great Pool and Lounge bartender, Nouri-Activities, she made all the pool, bingo, cooking and karaoke activities a blast (she even forgave me for breaking the volleyball net).

The location was perfect, reception by Diane, Juliette, and Wendy was excellent!
we were able to visit sister resorts and transportation was provided. Israel was fantastic with the entertainment. the rooms were clean and inviting. Although The staff at the buffet was very friendly and professional (Carlos, Marcelo, and Francisco). The food was not so good.
