We have been visiting this fabulous hotel for 7 years now and this visit was most disappointing. We have been coming back every year because of the staff, notably Koming and Sari. Sadly we didn’t see Koming much because she didn’t appear to be working, and Sari looked under lots of pressure because of staffing cuts.
All the cosmetic upgrades won’t bring people back if the wonderful staff are gone. Come on Tanjung, sort it out.

Having stayed at the Tanjung Benoa on several occasions now the staff keep on making our stay a special one. Making you welcome constantly, remembering names, Koming cooking your special breakfast order and the wonderful breakfast staff especially Sumadi and Sari. All staff very helpful as usual and a special thank you to Disata where nothing was too much trouble. Our friend came and stayed and enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel, she normally has a private villa in Seminyak but will definitely be back to enjoy the hospitality once more. Her room was spacious and clean with direct access into the beautiful garden and metres from our villa and so close to the main pool and breakfast where you wondering down a path with ponds filled with fish that you can feed. We had a great night at one of the theme nights at Tao restuarant by the sea. The resort also has another pool here where you can watch the water sports and enjoy cocktails and lunch by the Tao staff.
This resort is a hidden gem on the edge of Tanjung Benoa that we love.
