The Terrace Park Suites are a kitschy, 10-unit, ground level collection of studios and one-bedroom apartments with a lot of character. Located in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, they are surrounded by residential neighbors and provide an easy walk downtown. The family-owned property has tropical landscaping and plenty of patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy it.

Like a home away from home, these units feature fully equipped kitchens, and a laundry room is available. All rooms are non-smoking and have a retro vibe.

The waterfront, marina and Dali Museum are a short walk away. The Tampa Bay waterfront, with North Shore Beach and Pool and Vinoy Park, is within close proximity. Take the downtown trolley for 50 cents per person and enjoy the Sundial for shopping, dining and entertainment. The Museum of Fine Art, Mahaffey Theater, Tropicana Field, Grand Prix of St. Pete, Dali Museum and Sunken Garden are all close by. Take a farther drive for the zoo, aquarium or even venture out to the theme parks.

Festivals are offered throughout the year, such as the Blues Fest in April and Ribfest in November. Saturday mornings offer markets and you can often find live music.

Terrace Park Suites are unique in what they offer for comfort, cleanliness, attentive management and ample parking. They are perfectly located for access to downtown restaurants and numerous venues - shows, theaters, volley ball on the beach, Olympic size swimming pool, parks, walking and bicycle trails, many museums, baseball, bustling Central Avenue, Saturday farmers' market and grocery shops. The list is endless and Terrace Park Suites provide ideal accommodation being close to points of interest. The area is safe and welcoming.
I highly recommend Terrace Park Suites for how well they are kept, both inside and out, with facilities which are comfortable for an enjoyable stay, all made possible by welcoming and congenial management who made my stay most comfortable. After many satisfied visits, I shall be returning to Terrace Park Suites.

Clean and wonderful. The management wAs very responsive with all my questions prior to booking. Also very helpful when I needed a blow up bed because I did not want to sleep with my child. They had it set up and ready prior to arrival. The location to the North Shore Aquatics Center is within walking distance. Also within walking distance to down town. Would def stay here again. Seriously wonderful and quiet!!!
