Reception staff were excellent, everything in room worked and room was clean (though slightly smelly bathroom).
Unfortunately we suffered from noisy neoghbours between 1.30am and 3.30 am- shouting, and occassional very loud bangs on the wall between our room and theirs. Thiat in itself is not the fault of Travelodge,, and is not a reason for a bad review. The probelm was we had no contact details for reception- all we got on our check in room card was a 24 hour internet help number. We were at the end of a corridor firtherst form reception, wiith what sounded like a small riot between us and reception, and with no way to contact reception felt trapped in our room. It was not a pleasant experience.
Travelodge- please ensiure every quest is given that hotel's reception number when they check in to prevent other guests from a similar experience.
Travellers- ask for receptions contact number on checking in- you never know when you might need it!

Stayed in this hotel during my little break in London. I must commend the staff for their had work and hospitality. Great service by the kitchen staff. Room was clean and bed very comfortable too. Definitely a great place to stay.
