The University Inn is one of the properties owned by Lewis Hotels. The brand is known for being extremely pet- and family-friendly with clean rooms and complimentary breakfasts. Hotel rooms include standard king rooms, double queen rooms and suites. There is free Wi-Fi, along with a guest computer for any needs. University Inn has an outdoor heated seasonal swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day that is great to cool off from the warm, Colorado rays. There are laundry facilities onsite and loads of pet amenities.

I needed an affordable hotel and I wanted to be near downtown boulder since i make several trips a year. all other hotels are either to high priced or not near several food choices. Great value. Nice staff.

Outdated rooms but helpful staff, great location

Utilitarian motel type operation with friendly, helpful staff on duty all the time. Central Boulder location and decent value. Could be good for a small family or business traveller, someone in Boulder for an event at the University. Not a place you would want to spend all day.
