Moved from a four star hotel charging a similar amount to this horror where I was woken up twice in the middle of the night to neighbors through paper thin walls. This is honestly as disgusting as any old motel, except dressed up with stunning furnishing to trick you into believing it is now a trendy new hotel, when the service is disgusting as well. I was forced to move to a different room at 2 in the morning, missing my 8am flight.

Vile. DO NOT STAY HERE. Such potential, but management of this motel (note: not in any way remotely related to a hotel) could run a masters course in poor customer service. Spend a few extra bucks and stay at the Ace down the street.

Checked in and after having to change rooms because of a funky smell in the original, actually thought I was in a decent room. Second floor and overlooked the pool, nice balcyony. Dropped my luggage then immediately went out to meet friends. Got back to the room around 11 at night and immediately crashed. Woke up the following morning at 4 and felt like I was sleeping directly on the mattress. Turns out I was. No protective cover over the mattress, and the bed had been fitted with sheets too small. Stopped by the front desk to raise the concern and instead of being apologetic, essentially was told they would have housekeeping look into it - implicit in the response was that I was somehow responsible for the situation.

Got back to the room and hung out for a bit. By this one the sun was coming (it was a stunning desert morning), so I opened the blinds. When I turned around, saw several brownish/yellow smears on the flooring, which looked exactly like dog feces.

Over it.

Asked the front desk to come to the room, and the housekeeping supervisor accompanied us. They both agreed major issues. Stains shouldn’t have been on the floor and the bed was a mess. Given the lack of confidence in the housekeeping service, I checked out and demanded a refund. Which they refused.

In sum, terrible experience and terrible, tone deaf service. Spend your money elsewhere.
