Good downtown location, and close to everything. Buffet breakfast was fine too, was sorry the restaurant was under renovation so we could not eat there. Staff was friendly and always available for requests.

I have stayed at this Inn almost annually since 2011.
For the past two stays, I have had rooms assigned with either no desk lamp, or a non-working lamp, or a lamp so dimly lit that it essentially was useless for my purposes.
Further, with no grab bars in the tub/shower made for uneasy experiences - dangerous is the word.
I also was charged with an additional tax at check out that was unexpected given I had made my reservations on line; months before. One would think all of that could have and should have been taken care of at booking.
Finally, getting into the property from the rail station - across a busy street - was somewhat cumbersome, especially with two suitcases. Yes, I know there is a van available - but that was not the issue. The problem is the long walk around a gated parking area in order to get to the lobby. No ramp - just stairs - down from the upper sidewalk. Another inconvenience. No more for me.
