Just two blocks from Pismo Pier is this downtown hotel property with one- to three-bedroom suites, just perfect for families wanting a beach vacation with all of the amenities of home. Suites are outfitted with fully equipped gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances including refrigerators, dishwashers and stoves. Living rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, DVD players and fireplaces, as well as queen-sized pull-out sofas. Bedrooms provide either a queen or king bed, with the largest accommodations able to sleep eight. Dining rooms are also able to sit up to eight people. Guests will receive free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Covered parking is available, and the hotel’s convenient location means not having to pay for parking within the city limits when shopping, dining or visiting the beach and pier. Onsite laundry services are also available.

Great location, very clean...nice large rooms, top notch.
Well located to Shops,Restaurants and Beach. No car needed after arrival.

Showers were beautiful, coffee system in kitchen, place is spotless. Close to great wine tasting. Patio was spacious.

Such a charming, relaxing, and safe place to stay in Pismo Beach.

The Valentina Suite was a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Pismo Beach. Once we arrived we never needed our car. We walked to the beach, dining, wine tasting, and visited cute shops. The Valentina had easy access, safe and secure parking and the ambiance was very romantic and relaxing. The suite had a full kitchen, a balcony with a view of the ocean, a large dining area and living room, three spacious bedrooms and was light and airy. I highly recommend the Valentina for anyone wanting to stay in a clean,comfortable and safe place. We enjoyed walking to the pier to view the surfing contest, while eating ice cream!
