We are just back from 5 nights at this villa.
Firstly, the staff are really nice.
The villa itself is clean and comfortable, the grounds around the villa are also very well kept.

The breakfast was included in the stay and could do with some improvement, however they are always on time with when you have ordered the previous day.

The only thing that really lets this villa down it’s the location, it’s not central and is a good 10-15 min walk from the strip of restaurants. The beach being even further 20-25. There is also no security, so if you decide to walk back at night it’s probably not the best area to be walking alone.
A lot of the villas on the same street are actually closed in little complex type things with security out the front.

It cost us $20 aus to be picked up from the airport, a lot of other villas include that in their price.
Over all an average stay.

Stayed six days here and everything was fabulous. We had our own pool, immaculately clean, comfy bed, beautiful linen, quiet, restful,peaceful and so close to everything we wanted.
Breakfast was included and was more than enough for my husband and myself.
Motor bike hire was arranged by the amazing staff.
Will definitely be staying here again.
