The 4 stars given to this ‘condo’ style hotel is over rated. We expected a condo and received a hotel room with a small microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker and bar fridge, not something you could prepare any food with
The room was dated and the balcony furniture padding was done.
Location across the street from the beach was nice as was a short walk to the grocery store and some restaurants.
Pool side looked nice but we are beach people.
The continental breakfast was meagre at best.

I stayed at Villa Del Mar for a week with my friends Mary and Bob. I was so impressed with the staff at this property. Everyone was so attentive to our needs and gave us an exceptional customer experience. A special thanks to Captain Bill who made sure he had a cold beer waiting every day when we came off the beach. Also, a shout out to Ketoya and everyone else at the front desk that were all more than helpful. Nice quiet place that was very clean. Thank you also to my friends who took care of our every need at the beach. I will be coming back again!
