For more than 40 years, guests have been welcomed at this Rocky Mountain ranch. Guests enjoy horseback riding in the summer, explore on ATVs in the fall and snowshoeing , skiing or snowmobiling in the winter. This ranch specializes in family reunions.

The ranch is located 27 miles east of Gunnison, Colorado and roughly 150 miles from Colorado Springs, located in the historical town site of Waunita Hot Springs. In the historic Ranch House is the dining hall, library and billiard room, located on the first floor. Rooms are available on the second floor and include either queen, doubles or bunk beds for the kids. The Hillside Lodge has two sections of four rooms each, ideal for small family groups. During summer and fall weeks, there is a breakfast ride and a Canyon Creek dinner cookout among the meals that are served family-style. Activities in summer and fall include horseback trail riding, mountain biking, ATVs for rental, rafting and fishing. Kids enjoy the ranch animals including ducks, chickens and rabbits. There is a big heated pool with waterslide to round out the fun.

Check-in time is 2 p.m., with check-out at 11 a.m.
