I stayed at this hotel 6 months ago and it was great. Stayed there this week and it was terrible. WiFi down, Halloween decorations still up, clocks not reset for DST, forgot to clean my room one day, missing 2 beers from my mini fridge, terrible lazy cleaning job, bar never open that I saw, just very sad. I asked about the WiFi twice and they said the server was down. That may have been true, but the business center and front desk had WiFi. They should have brought in a temporary service until they could fix the issue. Not sure what was going on, but will not be staying there again. I want consistent quality service.

I stayed here nov 5th- 6th to spend some time with a friend. Gail at the front desk was so very sweet, funny, kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again. Thanks Gail for being awesome!!!!
