Aqua Island Colony is a 44-story hotel steps away from Waikiki Beach. Spacious rooms and suites feature free high-speed Internet, balconies and kitchenettes with miniature refrigerators and microwaves. Units display island-inspired decor with bright colors and clean lines. Families may want to stay in one-bedroom suites for more privacy. Children under 17 stay with parents for free. Guests receive a free morning paper, making it easy to find out what is going on in the area. Though there is no onsite restaurant at Aqua Island, the hotel has partnered with Island Grocery Service to offer delivery service to guests’ rooms. Outside an expansive sun deck and outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax. The surrounding area provides many opportunities to deep-sea fish, surf and snorkel.

Fantastic views in a central location

Fantastic views of Ala Wai Canal, the sea and the skyline. Great pool and BBQ facilities and the staff and activity booking desk was helpful and knowledgeable. A very short walk to the beach and major shopping and T Galleria where the Trolley buses depart, so very central to get around easily.

Pool Sun & Sleep with a View

Located to all that is Waikiki. Short walk to the beach and shopping. 6th Floor outdoor pool with multiple cabana with full morning to afternoon sun. C-store and laundry on same floor as pool and car rental agency on main floor. My room was on the north side and had wonderful views of the Canal and the golf course.
