Stayed here with family for 1 night had 2 rooms connected, rooms very clean and neat, big rooms, fridge in every room, good amenities in toilet, front desk very nice and helpful, will come again to this hotel

The first night the maintenance man spent two hours in our room replacing a broken tv and heater motor fan. Then I got charged for renting a movie or an internet charge that same evening (they still haven't confirmed which it was). No manager to adjudicate when I checked out and no one would resolve after my departure. Apparently there is a strick no refund policy. I had to go to Marriott for resolution. The worst service ever from the brand. If I were Marriott I would not want this hotel in my chain. Also, smaller issues such as no towels and no soap but they were quietly remedied.
