A decent hotel and comfortable 2 nights spent (except sheets looked questionable) I suggest checking them as soon as one enters the room. Also, the tub could have used a good scrubbing as parts of the grout were pinkish in color.
Note to the front desk staff:- please ensure clothing is ironed as it looks unkempt (just my opinion).
Decent breakfast and much smaller than other SpringHill Suites I've stayed in before.
My check in front desk person was helpful and friendly, I arrived on a Friday afternoon but one of the night front desk staff was not. I asked if there was any lotion (as I forgot mine also, as none was in the room) and she curtly responded not all hotel brands offer lotion. Needless to say the following morning I went down and asked a young man who was on duty and he went to the back supply closet and got a bottle for me. Each guest has paid money to stay here and it is just nice to receive humanly decent service.

This hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes from the Short Pump shopping area with tons of restaurants. The hotel was clean and looked to be a newer hotel. The hotel room was a suite with a sofa, desk, mini fridge in one half of the room. Nicely decorated. No need to worry about road noise, the hotel is far enough away from I-64 and doesn't front the entrance road either.
