The Hampton Inn Rock Springs provides comfortable, affordable and family-friendly accommodations in Rock Springs, Wyoming, close to outdoor adventures that include hiking and biking. The hotel is also a good stopping point for trips to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole.

Here, families will appreciate complimentary breakfast, an indoor pool, fitness center and free Wi-Fi and parking. Mini-fridges, coffeemakers and microwaves are standard in all guestrooms – another bonus for families. Each unit has one king or two queen beds, and rollaways and cribs are available upon request.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out is noon.

Warm and welcoming in a storm

If you have to be snowed in, this hotel feels like home. I have stayed in a LOT of hotels and I don't recall ever encountering friendlier staff. The breakfast provided many many options so just about any diet restrictions could have a satisfactory breakfast. The only reason the rating isn't higher is the accommodations are dated.

Great over nighter

On our way from Colorado to Washington. This hotel was a great stop over. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Very dog friendly and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. It included, fruit smoothies, fresh fruit along with lots of hot and cold selections. Loved the coffee and the bottled water to go was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel.
