In June I stayed at this hotel for 9 days with a group of 36 people, on the night we arrived a couple reported to the night receptionist that they could not sleep because of the constant dripping noise coming from the air condition unit
the hotel owner who was in his office overheard the complaint and told these clients that if they were not satisfied with their room to “ get out of the hotel and find somewhere else “ this was 11pm
A few days later in the early hours of the morning we experienced a thunderstorm with heavy rain ,someone from the group who had their room on the 4th floor, water was running down from the ceiling into the electrical switch & socket near their bed , when they came down for breakfast they reported this to reception, and asked if it was possible to change the room or for the electrical switched to be checked, once again the hotel owner came out from his office and told the clients that if they did not like the room to find themselves another hotel.
In September we were due to return to this hotel with another group, obviously we cancelled the booking and went somewhere else were we were welcome
In 25 years in working in the travel & tourism industry I have never met an arrogant, offensive and abusive hotel owner like Alberto Monetti ,he should learn how to treat the clients from his STAFF all of whom were extremely
courteous, friendly , helpful and provided excellent customer service

The hotel staff bent over backwards for us (a group of 25). Very friendly staff. Food was very good and surprise the price included full board which was perfect as we were cycling 80km per day. I was there in Oct so very quiet. What impressed me was the archietecture of the many hotel with the resort. True Italian.
