We stayed at club quarters St. Paul’s in sept and one elevator was broken. With lots of guests and only 1elevator it led to long waits on floors and in lobby. It’s a nice hotel but 2 months to repair an elevator is too long. Are they making parts for it. Who knows how long the elevator has been out of service from sept to nov but was it working before sept?

Great value hotel

Stayed for one night whilst in London for a show. Great hotel, the only small moan is that we found the bed to be very soft which we are not used to. Liked the sitting area downstairs with unlimited tea coffee and snacks. Would stay again
